Antoine Arnault’s Vision for Paris FC: A New Era of Development and Commitment

Antoine Arnault, soon to be the owner of Paris FC through his family holding company ‘Agache’, aims to develop exceptional training programs for both the men’s and women’s teams. “The Paris region is a thriving talent hub, possibly second only to São Paulo. Our core mission, assisted by Red Bull, is to establish the finest training center in France,” he stated during his inaugural press conference at Orly training center.

Arnault expressed concern that many young talents pass through Paris without finding opportunities. He believes inadequate infrastructure and competition from established clubs hinder their development. “We aspire to build a squad rich in homegrown talent, featuring six, seven, or eight players from our training center in the future,” he asserted, advocating for expanding the current training facilities.

His vision is inspired by the Red Bull model, focusing on scouting young talent, nurturing their growth, and selling them for profit. “Our mission is to foster youth talent and sell them once they’ve excelled,” Arnault emphasized, with a measured approach to change. He does not intend to overhaul the existing staff or players, acknowledging their current standing at the top of Ligue 2.

While immediate promotion to Ligue 1 isn’t his priority, he remains optimistic for future success. “If not this season, we will aim for next year. Our project is based on long-term goals,” he reiterated, with ambitions to elevate Paris FC from a solid Ligue 2 club to a capable Ligue 1 competitor.

Regarding ticket pricing and the transition to a new stadium, Arnault promised to retain affordable options for fans. “We aim to maintain some free seats even in Ligue 1, and ticket prices will remain low. We’ll be more assertive in courting partners and VIP entries,” he added.

Lastly, Arnault expressed his everlasting affection for PSG, declaring,”I’ve loved PSG since I was 12. I’ll never say anything negative about them. It’s an incredible club that will always have a special place in my heart. Even in Ligue 1, I’ll root for PSG except for two matches each year.”

Antoine Arnault is taking over Paris FC, aiming to create the best training center in France for both male and female players. With the support of Red Bull, he plans to focus on nurturing talent within the Paris region, which is recognized as a significant hub for emerging athletes. His vision includes fostering a strong connection between youth talent and sustainable team development, drawing from successful models in sports management.

In summary, Antoine Arnault’s ambitious plans for Paris FC include establishing a top-notch training facility, nurturing homegrown talent, and approaching the club’s future with patience and long-term objectives. His strategy is designed to create a competitive team while maintaining affordability for fans. Despite his new role, he remains a steadfast supporter of PSG, showcasing his dual passion for both clubs.
