Participants can start arriving at the Château Royal Hotel from 9:00 AM ET to drop off bags. The event kicks off with a warm-up led by Jeffrey, followed by a lively 5K run through Tiergarten Park. After the run, Erik will guide a post-run stretch, and guests can refresh themselves in the hotel’s art gallery.
Inclusivity is at the heart of this shakeout run, catering to all fitness levels. Runners can choose between three pacing groups: a 25-30 minute group, a 30-35 minute group, and a combined walking and running pace, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Following the run, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Susie will lead a “Mindset & Motivation Chat” in the hotel’s gallery space, with refreshments available at the coffee bar and restaurant. Susie’s engaging talk will be conducted in English, inviting everyone to embrace positivity and motivation.
