Experts Brian Stauffer, MD, Audrey Bergouignan, PhD, and Kevin Masters, PhD shared evidence-backed insights on vascular health, hormonal influences on the heart, and sustaining an active lifestyle for optimal cardiovascular fitness. Additionally, Dr. Masters highlighted intriguing findings from cardiovascular health psychology, illustrating how mental and emotional well-being impacts heart health and lifestyle decisions. This event provided a holistic look at how diet, daily habits, and emotional health contribute to cardiovascular wellness.
