The program aims to support individuals seeking holistic well-being and healthier lifestyles.
Open enrollment for participating in this program kicks off on November 8 and will wrap up on November 22, 2024, by 10:59 PM ET. Once the clock strikes midnight on January 2, 2025, the pilot program will officially launch, culminating its offerings on December 15, 2025. Members enrolled in the program can tap into a subsidy of up to $100 for eligible expenses throughout the calendar year 2025.
To qualify, applicants must be active State of Maine employees enrolled as primary subscribers on the health plan. Employees who’ve fulfilled the prerequisites of the previous year (2024) or current year (2025) Health Premium Credit Program are eligible. Each candidate’s eligibility will be meticulously verified by the Bureau of Human Resources to ensure the integrity of the program.
Beginning January 2025, those accepted into the Wellness Wallet Pilot Program will receive a $100 deposit into their ThrivePass account. Participants can utilize these funds either through the ThrivePass Marketplace or by reimbursing approved out-of-pocket expenses. All enrolled members will receive a detailed email from ThrivePass in late December 2024, guiding them on profile setup and benefit utilization.
Please ensure the email you provide during enrollment is one you frequently check, as it will be crucial for communication and profile access.
